    rooms were clean and confortable

    Transfer to and from hotel takes too long. The access to the CDGVAL may improve this but was very poorly indicated. I nearly missed a flight because of a very long transfer time.

    "The staff are well-trained from an efficiency point of view, however, they lack the warmth that I have experienced in other hotels of this quality.     Convenient location, nice garden around hotel with adequate fitness facilities. I like that my small dog was accommodated.

    Location of the Hotel in relation to the airport terminals and ease of transfer

    When compared with other 4 star accommodation rooms need refurbishment. Meal in the hotel restaurant worst ever in over 40 years of visits to France.

    It was clean and comfortable, non smoking and quiet.

    Food Quality and service of the sole restaurant. The person responsible for the restaurant was not in my view, good management material.

    Quick check-in process. Room was clean. No noise. Elevator access quick and rapid.

    Internet stations limited to one in lobby. Breakfast brunch way too pricy

    Le brunch était beau mais pas très bon saucisses trop cuites, ainsi que le bacon, le brie de qualité très limite...mais très joli cadre et le reste du brunch ok.

    The bed was comfortable

    1) The pick-up shuttle service took far too long (it was 45 minutes before I was picked up). 2) The restaurant was closed when I arrived; the staff told me to use room service, but once inside my room nobody responded to the telephone (I tried all the numbers- there was nobody!). A **** hotel should pick-up the phone always! Hving already installed into my room, undressed to sleep after a long and tiring day etc I did not feel very motivated to get dressed, and descend to the reception to find somebody to insist on having room service that defeats the purpose of paying room service. 3) There was not even coffee in the room (forgotten apparently) 4) The shower control was ridiculously course 5) There were not enough staff (or reception) on duty during check-in or check-out 6) Over guests had the same problems as I 7) Nobody anwsered my calls early in the evening to confirm my late arrival (except once, and this person did not seem to care)

    "Ce n'était qu'une nuit de repos vraiment méritée entre Abidjan et Montréal après une correspondance de 6 heures à Casablanca. J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité et la réputation Sofitel de confort. Je ne regretterai jamais. On m'y a servi un tartare de boeuf gargantuesque à rêver accompagné de pommes de terre frites à l'huile d'olive comme je les prépare à la maison et, pour conclure, une crème brûlée rien moins que divine. La carte des vins est tout à fait honorable et le petit-déjeuner n'avait pas à rougir du dîner de la veille. Voilà une très belle vitrine sur l'accueil et la gastronomie française du 21e siècle."     Un seul mais il est minime et n'a eu aucun impact du fait que j'ai peu tendance à attendre à la dernière minute pour me présenter à l'aéroport: un défaut de communication entre la réception et le conducteur de la navette a fait que j'ai dû revenir à l'hôtel avec celle-ci avant d'être déposé au Terminal 3.
